Les Vitrines de Saint-Quentin called on Adelya to level up their coalition loyalty program and ensure the recovery of the 30,000 old cards.

Citizens now earn euros on a contactless loyalty card connected to the city’s parking meters: enough to motivate them to shop in the city center rather than on the outskirts!

Ernée’s Merchants Union wanted to set up a collective loyalty program to energize the city center and encourage citizens to consume locally.

In addition to the loyalty card, merchants have a Store Locator to develop their visibility and publish promotions. Recently, Ernée has also set up a collective gift card for an increasingly attractive Territory!

The loyalty program set up by Adelya in the town of Locminé has created an exemplary dynamic. In the beginning, 10 shops out of 35 accepted the loyalty card. 7 months later, the motivation of the retailers has paid off. The card is valid in all shops in the city, 5,000 citizens use it, which has generated 1,800,000€ in turnover!

Annonay+ also manages its collective loyalty program through Loyalty Operator. In addition to the loyalty card, the Merchants Union regularly sets up operations to attract customers and highlight local businesses. A lottery with several prizes was organized to create a « buzz » effect, while a challenge rewards customers who have visited as many shops as possible.
